You have been fully terminated — not reduced hours or transferred
AI, automation, or technology is explicitly cited in your termination
You have documentary evidence of the above (see required documents below)
You have not previously exhausted your 3 lifetime claim allowance
Your termination is not due to misconduct, performance, or voluntary resignation
